Life-Like’s first known color product catalog features a red Green Bay & Western RS-11 on its cover. This four-page publication presents six train sets, as well as separate sale locomotives, rolling stock, and additional accessories. The company’s Dockside Switcher Freight (#4P3 in 1970 with a $22 suggested retail price) included an 0-4-0 steam locomotive, cattle car, cement hopper, and caboose. The 1970 catalog lists power pack and track included for this set. A 1971 Life-Like catalog shows the set and lists the track contents as including ten pieces of track and re-railer. The 1970 set stock number is T445 and the price remains $22. Available road names included Baltimore & Ohio and Santa Fe. By 1974, Life-Like lists the set for $28 and it was the company’s 01802 stock number.
