AHM’s Kitmaster Kits appear in an ad promoting the line in the March 1962 edition of Model Railroader. AHM states its Kitmaster Kits fit HO track, include moving parts, authentic in every detail, kits came complete with instructions and plastic cement. Prices ranged from 69-cents for the Stephenson’s Rock to $1.98 for a New York Central 4-6-4 Hudson. To date, no AHM-boxed examples have surfaced for inclusion for this website. It appears you’ll find these releases in Rosebud Kitmaster-branded boxes and they include OO/HO-scale labeling. It is not known if AHM sold these kits in Rosebud boxes, but it is thought that’s how they were available in North America at the time.
